Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t been shipped via customer service only.

You can return the Order/ Item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Period:

• 3 to 5 working days from pickup date, including quality check and refund for Cairo and Giza .
• 5 to 7 working  days from pickup date, including quality check and refund for the rest of the governorates.

Exchange:

• 5 to 7 working days from pickup date for Cairo and Giza Orders.
• 7 to 10 working days from pickup date for the rest of the governorates.

Please Note: Pickup will be done within 48hours from exchange or return request.

The returned item should be in the same delivery condition and with its box/label.

• Refund will be done in case of return or cancellation.
• Amounts get refunded on the same payment method if you’ve used an online method
• If you paid your order Cash on delivery, you can choose to get your refund on InstaPay or your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
• Return and shipping fees are non-refundable.
